There's no difference regarding the gender, it's always the same phrase: Encantado/a de conocerte. Though in my country we usually say: Gusto en conocerte.

Literalmente: "Es bueno verte de nuevo", pero mas natural es decir: "Que bueno verte de nuevo".

Eso en América latina quizá sea lo adecuado. En España estaría mejor decir "me alegro de verte de nuevo".

Also, if it's a friend of a friend, in Spain:

When a woman meets another woman - They give each other two kisses
When a woman meets a man or the other way round - They give each other two kisses
When a man meets another man - They just say "hi", they don't kiss each other or, it's at least very weird to see that!

Amigos cerrados(close friends)pueden abrazar entre ellos cuando se reúnan después de un tiempo largo.

Pero ahora algunas personas que quieran seguir la cultura occidental han ido cambiando su actitud Smile
